Navy Aviation Electrician

Maintenance Supervisor / Quality Supervisor | 2015 - Present

  • Responsible for directing and coordinating 300 employees in conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on 16 MH-60S Seahawk helicopters, in addition to associated mission systems and test equipment.
  • Responsible for managing 10 employees conducting quality assurance audits on 43 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program areas, conducting quality and safety inspections, and ensuring procedural compliance.
  • Implemented training in support of Commander Naval Air Force's corrosion abatement initiative, directly resulting in a man-hour and material savings of $135,204.
