Position Description: Production Supervisors oversee production and coordinate with leaders of production support staff to review production floor performance. In addition, they coordinate the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities. Supervisors also own the dispersal and distribution of materials for production and maintain labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule. In this role, you will lead a team of over 40 professionals that are responsible for the planning and execution of the supply chain for Company’s global remanufactured engines & engine components business. • Prior to starting a job, thoroughly review each repair order to fully understand the scope of the work to be done. If further clarity is needed or a supplement is required, speak directly with estimator.
• Proforma an initial teardown of vehicle.

Position Requirements: Top candidates will have a strong mechanical background in diagnosing parts and equipment to determine the level of repair needed. This site will conduct some repairs but will also send off for further repair if necessary so you will be asked to make this diagnosis for each part. These are light and heavy-duty vehicle parts so a strong knowledge and hands-on experience around that type of equipment is a must. Transmissions, drivetrain, and steering gears are some of the primary parts you will need experience with.

Requirements:
• Experience in trailer/chassis mechanics, usage and customary repair methods preferred
