Title: Dispatching Lead/ Scheduler
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Shift: M-F; 8:30am – 5:00pm
Compensation: $50k - $60k

Position Description:
The Dispatching Lead/ Scheduler will be responsible for providing customer service to Company’s clients as well as scheduling the technicians based out of Farmingdale, NY that service over 4000 customers in NY, NJ, and CT. They will be managing and routing 5-8 technician teams within the surrounding areas while managing the schedule with CRM software. They will be responsible for following up and scheduling customer payments and upselling additional work when possible.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should preferably be a military veteran with 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service and scheduling. Candidates that have low voltage or Company management experience is a plus, but not required. Position will be in office M-F.
