Position Description: Maintenance Engineer
The company is looking for a maintenance Engineer in support of their Lebanon, OH facility. Your primary responsibility will ensure the Maintenance Technicians carry out planned maintenance. Train and develop skill levels of maintenance technicians. Assist in managing budget for maintenance of equipment. Conduct frequent quality checks on equipment. Troubleshoot and repair of equipment failures. Ensure all safety regulations are up to date and adhered to. Essentially a supervisor role that is a “hands on” Engineer or high-level technician to oversee maintenance staff and performance.
Requirements The ideal fit for these roles has excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficient in PLC/ electrical/mechanical/robotics. Ability to understand a variety of engineering procedures and functions. Customer service oriented. Ability to delegate and deploy resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills. BS/BA in Manufacturing or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years in manufacturing environment with related products. Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical controls, pneumatic and robotics systems. Skilled in Microsoft products such as: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
While not required, any experience in the following is beneficial:
• Automotive background is plus
• Experience with PLC, HMI and Robot programming is preferred
