Compensation: $100K

Position Description:
This position directs all activities of a single store location with responsibility for profit and loss. In coordination with District Manager and Sales Manager, establishes sales and profitability goals, manages proper fleet levels,
responsible for the effective leadership of branch employees and drives a safety-first culture.
• Leads team development and productivity to deliver Legendary Customer Service (LCS), ensuring alignment with the company's Vision, Values, and Mission through the use of Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools.
• Manages branch operations, personnel, and supports equipment demonstrations and technical support, driving sales and marketing initiatives for market share and customer retention.
• Sets high safety standards, overseeing audits, training, compliance with regulations, and maintains a safe equipment program.
• Recruits and trains employees, fostering a performance-optimized climate, supports sales strategies, and ensures product quality and efficient rental equipment operations.
• Oversees financial reporting, budgeting, prioritizes customer-focused operations, sales, and service, aiming for profitable market share growth and meeting corporate targets while ensuring safety compliance.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Management, Administration, or Construction Management preferred
• Five or more years of experience in business management and/or operational
management with increasingly progressive job scope and responsibilities
