Position Details
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Compensation: $35-$40/hr
Shift: Mon-Thurs, 10 hour shifts + Friday overtime as needed

Position Description
As an Electrical Assembly Lead Technician, you will work with various electrical and mechanical components to test, troubleshoot, and repair assemblies. This role will evaluate cable assembly electrical and physical characteristics, develop procedures for the manufacture and test of cable assemblies, perform basic programming skills for panel meters, and complete final inspections to maintain quality.
Position Requirements
• 3-5 years’ experience of soldering, understanding of complex electronic drawings/schematics and BOMs, proficiency in the use of crimp/hand tools related to cable/harnesses, have experience with resistance and Hipot testing, and be familiar with Ohm’s law.
• Be an organized problem solver, with experience with automated equipment, and the ability to work alongside other technicians.
• Experience with Cirris Tester and a J-Std-001 certification is a plus.
