Location: Monahans, Texas (Permian Basin, close to Odessa-Midland)
Shift: Day shift
Compensation: $35-$40/hr

Position Description:
For the role of an Electrical Technician at the company, the ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding and adherence to safety policies, maintaining all necessary training, qualifications, and competencies for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of complex electrical and instrumentation equipment. The individual should be capable of independent troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and efficiently operating facilities. They should be eager to learn, assist in complex tasks under supervision, and contribute to team efforts and regional work as needed, including participating in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Strong adherence to and understanding of safety practices.
• Maintenance of required technical skills for complex electrical tasks.
• Independent problem-solving and maintenance capabilities.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Technical/Vocational education.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Preferred:
• Additional 5 years’ experience in maintenance (crude oil pipeline, tank farm, or delivery facilities).
• Certified technical designation.
• Knowledge of equipment (pumps, motors, actuators, switchgear, PLCs, motor control centers, instrumentation).
