Position Details:
• Title: Maintenance Technician
• Location: Chambersburg, PA
• Shift: Monday – Thursday: 6:00am-4:00pm and 8 hours on Friday
• Travel: None
• Compensation: $28/hr
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Overtime available

Position Description:
Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties. This position requires a highly organized; very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded. The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.
• Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
• Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
• Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
• Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.
Requirements:
• Experience with Allen Bradley process controls/logic
• Knowledge of Hydraulic control systems
• Basic and advanced electrical, and electronic troubleshooting
• Basic welding/cutting operations.
• Basic technical drawing and the ability to read prints.
Preferred Skills:
• 2-4 years electro-mechanical experience
• Experience with manufacturing equipment or working in a manufacturing plant preferred.
