I used other recruiting firms that would send me jobs that had nothing to do with my skill. I am a logistician, and it seemed they just threw jobs around not caring if they matched or not. But, with Orion, I was interviewed and then asked what career field I would like to pursue, as well as given some suggested careers that seemed to be a good fit.
