As of May 22, 2017, Orion International has become Orion Talent! This change aligns with our commitment to grow our services to meet our clients' ever-expanding talent acquisition needs. We focus all of our energies on delivering great talent and putting great talent to work, and now our name reflects that.
Orion Talent was founded as Orion International in 1991, with the mission to bring the energy, skills, and commitment abundant in military candidates to the greater marketplace. By 2007 we were the nation's largest military recruiting firm, and as of May 2017, we have matched 40,000+ Veterans with 7500+ employers. Our fundamental commitment to military recruiting remains our core, and an integral part of our growth strategy.
Building on our vigorous customer service, candidate commitment, and focus on speed and accuracy -the very best of what we have built as military recruitment experts- we have expanded our capabilities to help businesses overcome their greatest recruitment challenges.
In January of 2016, Orion Talent acquired award-winning RPO firm Novotus (becoming Orion Novotus), to add recruitment optimization and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) capabilities as well as skilled talent acquisition service offerings.
Today, as Orion Talent, we are breaking new ground, delivering the precision of our highly successful talent acquisition processes to a wider marketplace.
