As a Principal Software Engineer(Full Stack) in Retail Pharmacy Technology, you'll combine your years of proven expertise with a never-ending quest to create innovative technology through solid engineering practices for the mission critical RxConnect Technology platform. You'll be responsible for developing and deploying applications to the highest standards. With your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing, and application programming, you will be responsible to create best in class industry solutions, develop engineering frameworks to drive technology led innovation. Your passion and experience in one or more technology domains will help solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. As a constant learner and early adopter, you're already embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies; your example encourages others to follow suit. In addition to creating solutions for retail pharmacy Business workstreams, you'll also work alongside our team of technologists to develop and execute RxConnect Modernization roadmap as Retail Pharmacy goes through a transformation of its own. This is an individual contributor role, reporting to Director, Product and Engineering -Retail Pharmacy IT systems. This position will have an opportunity to provide strategic leadership for creating software designs and development of our products and services, that leverage digital first, data-driven, advanced technology solutions. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
