Position Description:
The Plant Area Supervisor will be responsible for making a positive impact leading the Peanut Butter operations area of their Memphis facility to ensure optimal production of their famous Jif products. Leverage your leadership skills to coach and inspire your team to achieve key metrics and create a positive working environment with a focus on safety and quality. They will be responsible for the daily operation and performance for their teams while ensuring the execution of the daily plan. Responsible for driving root cause and developing a zero-loss and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. They should have two or more years of experience coaching, developing and leading others. A candidate for this role should have a technical background or acumen and drive to want to learn the technical aspects of the role.
