Tim Duba contacted me about the Distinguished Candidate Conference in San Diego about a week or two prior to the event, and I made plans to attend. As I started getting more information on companies and opportunities, I honed in on exactly what job I really wanted and focused all my energy on Medtronic. I did well in the initial interview, went back for a second one, and got the job!

It put me into the right strata, and I found the companies offered were an overall better match than other conferences I have attended with other companies.
