Orion has proudly partnered with Concrete Polishing and Restoration (CPR), a nationwide industrial flooring company, to provide rewarding careers for former and transitioning service members. With its steady, continued growth and highly skilled workforce, CPR is considered the industry's most elite applicator of polished concrete systems.
CPR recently held a hiring event at Orion’s office in Austin, TX. During the event, Hunter Johnston (Chief Operations Officer), John Milligan (Director of Operations), and Darryl Roberts (Human Resources Manager), gave a presentation to military job seekers on the company and why it is a great place for veterans to work.
“We are a relatively small business, but very entrepreneurial. We have proprietary technology and techniques, and it’s our intent to capture the [market share of the] entire United States,” says Johnston, regarding the growth of the business.
As part of the company’s expansion, CPR is currently recruiting Crew Members and Crew Leaders for multiple locations. In these roles, you will be part of a small, independent team that travels within your area of operations to prep, finish, and polish customer floors to the desired finish. CPR is committed to providing opportunities for advancement for employees who work hard, display strong leadership, and are aligned with the company’s overall mission and vision.
“We’ve set high expectations, and we’re taking this company to the next level. With your military background, you can bring what we need to this company. Leadership, organizational skills, structure, positive attitude, motivation, strength, drive, adaptability, and the list goes on,” Roberts tells the attending job seekers. “All you need to have in this company is the drive to come in and work hard, and the sky's the limit.”
In addition to rapid career progression, CPR offers competitive pay and benefits and excellent training. Visit us online to learn more and apply for a career with CPR.
