Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Service Technician position with the nation’s leader in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production and distribution. Position Details Location: Glendale, CA Salary: $28-$33/hr with OT Shift: M-F, 9pm to 5:30am. Overtime possible, not guaranteed. Travel: Daily travel is required. Company truck provided with gas card. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k (with match), Company Truck (take home), fuel card, boot allowance, Various Insurances (Life, A&D, Pet), PTO + Holidays Equity: Employee Stock Purchase Plan Position Description As a Service Technician, you will be working an entry level service technician role at a national natural gas company. The company is changing the way the world fuels its vehicles by providing renewable natural gas for heavy duty trucks, buses, and other large vehicles. You will inspect, maintain, and perform minor to moderate repairs on CNG and/or LNG fueling equipment, including compressors, dispensers, priority panels, dryers, storage tanks and other related equipment. Position Requirements • The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical systems. • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, including current overloads, ground faults, open circuits, and faulty relay logic. • Capable of monitoring, checking, and correcting phase imbalances, current draw, low voltage power supplies, pressure transmitters, relay logic, and programmable logic control operations. • Adept at inspecting, maintaining, and adjusting mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, engines, intercoolers, aftercoolers, heat exchangers, piping, tubing, fittings, filters, traps, gas dryers, fasteners, valves, and actuators to ensure safe and proper operation. | |
