Position Description:
Directors of Field Service provide the highest quality, most responsive customer-driven service, and support, thereby advancing Company’s position in the food, medical, and consumer industries. Direct and coordinate customer service activities to install, service, maintain, and repair items sold, leased, or rented with service contract or warranty by performing the following duties personally or through direct reports. Ensure service calls and installation protocols are understood and enacted upon appropriately by all Field Service Technicians. The Great Lakes Region includes ND, SD, MN, WI, IL, MI, and IN.
Directors of Field Service have 2-3 direct reports (Field Service Supervisors) and up to 20 indirect reports (Field Service Technicians)

Requirements:
The National Service Director is looking for a seasoned leader, well versed at managing diverse groups of technicians, as well as a high degree of mechanical and electrical competence with the following experience:
• 2+ years of field service leadership experience
• Experience with complex capital equipment (packaging, automation, etc)
• Engineering Degree or equivalent military experience

Position Descriptions: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading the start-up, commissioning, emergency service and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance service of equipment at customer locations. This is a very key front-line service role at, as you will be interacting with and directly serving customer equipment needs. You will travel to customer locations and provide the best customer equipment troubleshooting, repair, and training in operation and maintenance in the business. Every day you will communicate and coordinate information between the company and their customers to correct equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills.
You will provide the routine upkeep and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and correct any equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills as needed to ensure company equipment continually stays fully operational. When you are not traveling to customer locations, your responsibilities will include quality control of equipment prior to shipment and technical phone support for customers (from company’s HQ). Proficiency on company systems and performance will lead to increased responsibilities for Field Service Technician promotions after your Technician Development Program and throughout your career at the company.

Requirements: Candidates must be excellent technicians with a strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on and troubleshoot maintenance equipment. Candidates will be self-starters and will be comfortable working with people while troubleshooting / problem-solving or while training customers how to use equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are of utmost importance. You must be able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical
schematics. While not required, it is preferred you have some experience with PLC logic development and troubleshooting; company offers a PLC training program if you are not well-versed here.

Position Description: This role exists to provide controls engineering support to assigned product lines. The key internal customers are the project engineers, product line managers, manufacturing and purchasing departments. Key external customers include vendors, the Technical Support Team, the field service technicians and end customers. The deliverables from this role are electrical engineering design, programming for logic controllers and visualization interface, and technical support.

The individual working in this position is expected to accountable for product lines that typically will be newer and mid-market level models with occasional sale order specials and product extension assignments. A solid technical knowledge base for design and programming is established within this individual, to where you are able to handle most assignments and a standard level of technology with minimal support. You should be able to provide a reasonable amount of support and training to lower level staff on most subjects, and be able to coordinate a portion of your work through others. You should also be capable of identifying and producing moderate level standards, engineering tools, and process improvement initiatives with some direction from the Controls Manager. Some specific responsibilities include:
• Maintain a fully documented and accurate electrical design and control programs that comply with established company and industry standards.

Position Description: The HVAC Reliability Tech is part of the Facilities Group team on the Plant maintenance team and responsible for HVAC planned and unplanned maintenance to increase the reliability of these systems. In this role you will cover two production facilities and conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating, and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air-conditioning equipment, and made necessary adjustments or repairs. A key part of this role will be your duties to supervise, oversee, and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of HVAC-related engineering group deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Position Description:
As an Instrument Technician, you will execute principal responsibilities to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of our continuous chemical manufacturing process in accordance with local and national regulations and standards. You will also execute maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and predictive).

Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related process plant operations reliability activity.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to work with simple mechanics’ hand tools.
• Basic knowledge of chemical manufacturing hazards.
• Familiarity with common process equipment and its functions.
• Understanding of basic electrical hazards and safety and skills in troubleshooting electrical systems, with support from subject matter experts.
• Ability to troubleshoot 4-20 mA transmitter and electro-pneumatic control loops.
• Ability to rack in/out 480 & 4160V breakers and wire up to 480V motors.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings including P&IDs and PFDs.

Description

Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shifts: Supervisors typically arrive an hour before shift start and stay 30-60 minutes after for reporting:
2nd shift: 2 pm-10:30 pm Monday – Friday
3rd shift: 10 pm-6:30 am Sunday - Friday
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Salary + Bonus + Profit Sharing

Position Description: Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Shift Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and directing the work to be performed during the shift, assisting the Production Manager with scheduling work assignments, assistance with employee selection, performance of employee reviews, and administration of work rules. The main focus will be the safety, quality management, and productivity in accordance with the procedures and policies in place:
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process, monitoring personnel and support resources, facilitating resolutions, and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. Percent of workday visible on the production floor is approximately 80%, at a minimum completing rounds on the production floor at least once per hour.
• Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and enforcing systems, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coach, guide, and develop direct reports, and create meaningful feedback discussions that support and enhance employee success. Included in this duty would be 1:1s and Performance Management. Support personnel through avenues such as locks/locker assignment and acquiring safety protective equipment and uniforms.
• Completes production by following the scheduling plan and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving problems.

• 3-5+ years of production or related experience or equivalent experience in the military.

• Locations:
o West Region (can live anywhere in the territory that includes CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, NM, AZ, UT, CO, WY, MT)
o Northeast Region (can live anywhere in the territory that includes ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, WV, VA)

• Schedule/Travel: You will perform on-site technical services at customer sites throughout your assigned, multiple state territory (see highlighted regions on map above). You can expect ~80% overnight travel, sometimes for several weeks consecutively. When you aren’t travelling overnight, you will be providing technical service to customers in the local area.
• Compensation: Target base rate ~$65K-$70K (total earning potential ~$100K with overtime, triple-time and bonuses)

Position Description: In this role you will provide technical service and support for customers who own and operate Evergreen filling machines, to include installation, inspection, troubleshooting and service repair of electrical, mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and equipment. You will also train the customer’s personnel on proper operating and maintenance techniques to ensure good packing outputs. Some other specific responsibilities include:
• Conduct/control service activities as assigned to ensure timely customer support and safety are achieved while meeting the budgeted goals and objectives for productivity and utilization.
• Communicate well with central scheduling, management, other departments and customers.
• Function as the equipment service technician within the departmental advising EPE service management and/or engineering of any problems or situations with models of current or modified design.
• Provide learning experience for both customer and EPE plant personnel on machine operation.
• Learn and grow skill sets and competencies to achieve both business and personal development objectives.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have well-rounded troubleshooting and maintenance experience, ideally with industrial equipment, electrical, pneumatic and other related mechanical systems (pumps, valves, air cylinders, conveyors, etc). You should be able to interpret technical schematics and use electrical / electronic test equipment, too. You also must possess a valid driver’s license.
