Title: Service Site ManagerLocation: Hillsboro, OR (relocation on a case-by-case basis)
Shift: Day shift, typically M – F
Compensation: Competitive base salary ($115k – $150k) depending on experience and qualifications plus annualized company bonus

Travel: Travel may be required (AZ, NM, OH) as part of training during the first two – three years
Position Description:
This role is responsible for creating a safe environment for employees and customer personnel. They will assist with sales teams by ensuring that safety, quality, and training continue to advance within the service team to ensure ongoing and additional service opportunities. The Site Service Manager manages Team Leaders, Technicians and Service Engineers and will be the primary communication link between the customer facility and Company. This role will participate in customer teams and meetings as needed. This role will support coordination and scheduling of classroom and on -the-job training for their team. This will include cross training programs to maintain and improve the skills of the service team and customer’s factory personnel assigned to Seller’s Equipment. The Site Service Manager will also be trained in the technical operation of equipment to handle escalation for onsite issues and to improve communication with factory support when required.

Essential Functions:
• Create an environment at customer site that is safe for employees and customer personnel and performs with the highest levels of operational excellence in mind.
• Assist with growing revenue for service and sales teams by ensuring that safety, quality, and training all continue to advance the service team and to ensure Company is First in Mind- First in Choice for all
Company service support
• Site Service Manager will be responsible for the management of Onsite Team Leaders/Onsite Service Technicians (OST)/Onsite Service Engineers (OSE) and other personnel utilized in the performance of this Agreement.
• The Site Service Manager will be a primary communication link from customer’s factory to Company, and will participate in customer’s various equipment improvements teams, ramp teams, tool down escalation meetings, safety meetings, management reviews, bill of material audits, as requested.
• Site Service Manager will plan and support coordination and scheduling of both classroom and on -the-job
• This will include cross training programs to maintain and improve the skills of the OST/OSE’s and customer’s factory personnel assigned to Seller’s Equipment.
• Site Service Manager will also be trained in technical operation of equipment to be next level escalation for onsite issues and to improve interface with factory support when required.
• Recruitment of direct and indirect employees, responsibilities include but is not limited to :
o Creating requisitions for job postings
o Manage relationships and reaching out to recruitment agencies for indirect hires (temporary employees). Communicating with Leads and Trainers who does the
o Processing external hires and internal job movement paperwork
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, physics, or
• At least eight years’ experience in a service or maintenance role involving direct contact with
• Strong people management experience
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation
• Ability to conceive and implement operational plans and achieve the goals set out by them
• Experience with high vacuum and or exhaust or abatement systems are desirable, as is experience within relevant aspects of the semiconductor manufacturing industry
