Orion Talent proudly participates in SkillBridge, a Department of Defense (DoD) initiative bridging the gap between military service and a rewarding civilian career. Through SkillBridge, companies offer internships during a service member's last 180 days of active duty service, providing hands-on experience and industry exposure and allowing transitioning service members the opportunity to explore and train in their chosen field before their official separation from the military, all while still receiving military compensation and benefits.
Any rank - officer or enlisted - is eligible to apply for SkillBridge. A SkillBridge internship enhances your marketability and sets you up for civilian success. Please note that release for SkillBridge is always mission dependent and your unit Commander must authorize participation prior to entering into any agreement with interested industry employment partners.
There's no need to navigate SkillBridge alone. As an authorized SkillBridge provider, Orion Talent can match you with an industry partner's SkillBridge program or recommend one of our internal internship opportunities.
