Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Yankton, SD (relocation available if not local)
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm
Compensation: Up to $70,000 depending on experience

Position Description: The Production Coordinator is part of the manufacturing support team and will manage capacity, throughput, and optimize flow for all manufacturing and support functions. This position will coordinate activities associated with development, implementation, and results in the planning and scheduling all levels of production to satisfy sales requirements and finished goods stocking levels.

Requirements:

  • Four year degree and/or relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with purchasing, expediting, MRP/ ERP systems, quality/continuous improvement initiatives, manufacturing safety practices
  • Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Title: Estimator
Location: Meriden, CT
Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday (7am-3:30pm)
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000

Position Description: Prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services performed within the facility. Working closely with the Procurement, Engineering and Production departments, the estimator will prepare bids and identify suppliers and subcontractors for new projects. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to understand the scope of the project and the associated expectations.

Requirements:

  • B.S in an Engineering discipline is preferred, or BS in Accounting or Business Management/Administration
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and specifications, coupled with experience in accounting and/or procurement is ideal. ï‚· Strong analytical skills
  • Experience as an estimator in a manufacturing environment, preferable aerospace manufacturing
  • Experience working directly with clients

Title: Assistant Controller

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Description: The Assistant Controller will work in accounting/finance to facilitate the distribution, management, and documentation of financial resources. Additionally, you will consult with executives and highlevel management to identify accounting issues and implement procedures to ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.
  • Knowledge of GAAP standards.
  • Familiarity with the Aerospace Industry a plus.
  • Experience as an assistant controller is a plus but not required.
