MWC is a unique joint venture between Glanbia Nutritionals, Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. (DFA), and Select Milk Producers Inc., The venture is 50 percent owned by Glanbia, with the balance primarily owned by DFA and Select Milk Producers.

MWC produces premium Cheddar, Monterey Jack and Colby Jack cheeses and highly-purified whey proteins powders for our customers. Using only the freshest milk supplied by our valued local dairy farmers, MWC can process over 2.9 billion pounds of milk, and produce 300 million pounds of superior block cheese and 20 million pounds of value-added whey proteins powder each year. Each milk tanker is tested thoroughly for antibiotics and other contaminants. We reject any milk supply that does not meet our high-quality standards.
