Location: Southern Cal (San Diego/ LA) (with hour and a half from international airport)
Shift: Mon-Fri. Revolving on call weekends (On Call schedules put out for each calendar year so will know when on call) + Guaranteed 40/ hrs a week. If on call, paid for 8 hours even if not called out.
Compensation: $37-$42/hr + $620 month vehicle stipened – Gas and vehicle services covered by company; personal and business use + $150 extra a day when on call

Travel: 75%. Travel is M-F unless scheduled for on call. Average 3-4 days traveling.

Position Description:
Responsible and accountable to travel to customer sites to install, service and repair food
processing machinery. use deep technical knowledge to assist with and provide guidance in the
testing of the company technologies and to provide assistance on troubleshooting issues for
complex customer installations. The position is also responsible to generate and distribute
technical reports regarding testing results.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A well-rounded Mechanical and Electrical Background
• Knowledge/ experience with pneumatic, hydraulic power systems or control systems are a plus.
• Strong active listening skills
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Ability to read diagrams, schematic drawings, engineering specifications and manuals to determine work procedures.

Position Description: Ecolab’s Water for Climate program supports clients with outcome-based water solutions to help ensure businesses and their communities have access to the water they need to thrive. In this role, you will be part of the operations team working closely with the Ecolab Water for Climate (EWC) Program Manager, EWC dedicated expert team, as well as the Food & Beverage and company field sales teams. You will support Nalco’s Molson-Coors brewery client in Albany, GA, working full time at the assigned customer site, and will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of planned process improvement projects. As the Implementation Manager, you will lead the projects, facilitate resources and equipment on time, and report on progress. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Manage and Execute EWC Roadmap Projects
o Prepare the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.
o Lead and coordinate the projects agreed on by quarter.
o Responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects.
o Document delays and root causes timely and precisely.

• Communicate with Internal & External Stakeholders
o Prepare and communicate the quarterly projects overview which are connected to the performance-based fees.
o Communicate on a weekly base to the Ecolab program manager the progress of the projects.
o Support the CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees.
o Available to answer questions over the projects by the brewery at first contact.
o Explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders.

• Manage and Direct Resources
o Manage the necessary support by the brewery, Ecolab resources and external partner resources on time.
o Responsible for sign-off of projects.
o Raise issues on time and participate in exploring possible solutions.
o Ask for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers etc.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have a working knowledge of all aspects of Project Management, from conception / design through execution and close-out – ideally in an industrial / production environment. A PMP certification is preferred, as is experience with Process Improvement / Engineering. You should demonstrate a strong executive presence and be an exceptional autonomous communicator and performer.
