Unlike a job fair, where no interview takes place, at an Orion Hiring Conference, you will be conducting one-on-one interviews with prescreened, qualified, top-tier military candidates, matched with your opportunity, location and salary, all in a private interview suite.
At a job fair, you are not guaranteed that the right candidate will happen upon your booth and apply for that Field Service Technician, a Maintenance Mechanic, and a Production Supervisor position you need to fill. Orion Hiring Conferences, on the other hand, produce immediate results, with 82% of our clients scheduling follow-up interviews and 76% of final Interviews leading to a Hire. There is no cost to attend, other than the hotel suite for your stay and to conduct interviews in. You will pay a fee for each candidate you choose to hire, according to the fee agreement you have arranged with your Orion Account Executive.
Yes. Our conference hotels offer suites with a quiet, professional location to interview candidates. A private room prevents the distractions and noise found in the common areas of the hotel, and sets a good tone for the candidates that your company is serious about hiring. Once you decide to attend, we will make your reservation for you under our reserved (discounted) block of rooms.
After identifying your hiring needs, Orion's Recruiting Team will actively recruit qualified candidates for your openings. Our conferences are by invitation only and we invite only those candidates that are a qualified match for the positions for which we are hiring. Our candidates are generally available to begin within the next 90 days.
