Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN
Shift: 1st Shift: Wed – Sat (6am – 4:30pm) / 2nd Shift: Sun – Wed (3pm – 1:30am) / 3rd Shift: Sun – Wed (10pm – 8:30am)
Compensation: 1st & 2nd - $32-$40/hr // 3rd $22-$28/hr (Entry Level)

Position Description:
Primary responsibility is performing maintenance on all plant machinery (compressed air system, heat reclaimer, boiler operator, HVAC, water softener, washers, dryers, conveyors, electrical systems etc.) Utilize proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery. Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Requirements:
A candidate for the 3rd shift role should have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and strong mechanical background; electrical knowledge a plus. A candidate for the 1st and 2nd shift role should have 4-5 years of maintenance experience and have a strong electrical and mechanical background. PLC experience is a big plus. Must have basic knowledge of inverter drives, controllers, AC and DC Power supplies. Candidates should also be able to read electrical wiring diagrams, control logic and mechanical drawings. They must posses a current and valid driver’s license.
