Position Description:

This position is customer facing, so that will have to be a position you will feel comfortable in! Experience working on hydraulics and high-pressure systems is a must!
• 5+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer/Technician
• Preference to candidates with experience in modifying controls code for PLCs and HMIs, especially Rockwell and Wonderware, respectively.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, high-pressure gas, and furnaces
• Experience installing large capital equipment products.
• Experience with ultra-high pressure desired.

Position Details:
• Location: Louisville, KY or Remote (near a major airport)
• Travel Requirements: About 75%; you can realistically expect to be gone Sunday evening to Thursday evening 3x per month. You will be home most weekends, and when you are not traveling you will be performing technical support at the call center in Louisville.
• Vaccine not required
• Compensation: $27/hr
In additional to your base rate, you will receive OT (paid at 1.5x base rate >40hrs. & 2x base rate >50hrs.
Profitability bonus (averages 6% of annual base salary each year) + daily peridium when traveling of $45/per day
Realistic 1st Year W-2 ~$65K - $75K
Realistic 2nd - 3rd Year W-2 ~ $85K - $100K+ (increased with OT as result of more travel after training). Most 2nd – 3rd Year Technicians make six-figures!

Position Descriptions: Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for leading the start-up, commissioning, emergency service and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance service of equipment at customer locations. This is a very key front-line service role at, as you will be interacting with and directly serving customer equipment needs. You will travel to customer locations and provide the best customer equipment troubleshooting, repair, and training in operation and maintenance in the business. Every day you will communicate and coordinate information between the company and their customers to correct equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills.
You will provide the routine upkeep and regularly scheduled preventative maintenance and correct any equipment difficulties using superb problem-solving skills as needed to ensure company equipment continually stays fully operational. When you are not traveling to customer locations, your responsibilities will include quality control of equipment prior to shipment and technical phone support for customers (from company’s HQ). Proficiency on company systems and performance will lead to increased responsibilities for Field Service Technician promotions after your Technician Development Program and throughout your career at the company.

Requirements: Candidates must be excellent technicians with a strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical aptitude with the ability to work on and troubleshoot maintenance equipment. Candidates will be self-starters and will be comfortable working with people while troubleshooting / problem-solving or while training customers how to use equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are of utmost importance. You must be able to read mechanical blueprints and electrical
schematics. While not required, it is preferred you have some experience with PLC logic development and troubleshooting; company offers a PLC training program if you are not well-versed here.
