Position Details:
Title: ASME Authorized Inspector
Locations: Marinette, Wisconsin

Compensation: $28/hour (pay increases to $35 - $40/hour after you obtain your National Board Commission)

Position Description:
As an Authorized Inspector you will travel to client sites to perform basic inspections of Boilers and Pressure Vessels manufactured by OneCIS clients to ensure compliance with ASME Codes, Standards, and Jurisdictional requirements.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Review fabrication drawings, manufacturing standards and witnesses testing of Boilers and Pressure Vessels.
• Document and monitor the Quality Control System through ASME review and verification process.
• Ensure compliance with applicable sections of the ASME Code, National Board Inspection Code and Jurisdictional requirements for fabrication and Repair and Alteration activities and authorized inspection services.
• Certify products based on ASME Code requirements or submits recommendations for corrective action to ensure compliance with Code and Jurisdictional requirements.

Prior to becoming an Authorized Inspector, you will need to complete a training period that includes attending a 3-week long American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)/National Board training/certification commissions school in Columbus, OH (all expenses paid).

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and equivalent (Military) work experience, or a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering. You should also have 3-5 years of mechanical experience in the boiler and pressure vessel industry (power plant, either Nuke or conventional), such as design fabrication, operation, repair and alteration, inspection, and nondestructive examination, or quality control systems.

Position Description:
The Engineer position is a contributing member to the site level Data Center Operations team assigned to one or more of our data center properties reporting directly to the manager of Facility Engineering. The Engineer will work on the following: mission critical infrastructure, generators, UPS (uninterrupted power supply) system, HVAC Systems, Fire/Life Safety Systems, BMS Systems, and CMMS systems.  It is expected that the Engineer candidate has expertise in either electrical work or mechanical work and it would be expected that he/she would be competent in the area of non-expertise.
