Position Details: Travel Technician
• Location: Midwest (near airport)
• Shift: Generally, a traditional day shift. Some non-traditional hours may be necessary
• Compensation: $50k-$65k based on experience
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual Bonus; company supplied computer and cell phone; Vehicle Allowance ($750/mo.) and fuel card (~ $14k value)

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Travel Technician will be to interface with and support established customers. You will deliver service, support, and parts installation for industrial laundries. You will also assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment for customers and providing technical support.

Position Requirements
• Experience with mechanical systems, electronics, electrical motors, pumps, industrial washers/washing machines, or similar type automated industrial equipment.
• Solutions based mindset – How do we solve this issue for a customer?
• Strong oral and written communication skills; professional and relatable.
• Computer literacy with windows-based programs.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as with or direct a team as needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly desired.

Position Details:

Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Can live in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois or East Coast)
Shift: Dayshift
Compensation: $30-$35/hr plus overtime

Position Description:
The company is actively seeking military candidates for field service technician roles to assist with the installation and technical support of high precision glass processing equipment across North America. Qualified military candidates will be skilled in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in an industrial environment, exhibit strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, be a team player, and enjoy traveling. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer focus are also critical.
Requirements:
• Technical Trade School or Associates degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with 1-year of experience in an industrial setting
• 4-years electrical or mechanical engineering / maintenance experience in an industrial environment in-lieu of a degree
• Experience with PLC logic and/or CNC systems is required
• Experience with reading electrical, wiring diagram and proximity switches is required
• Experience in an electrically based industrial role with a strong mechanical background is preferred, but recent graduates are also eligible and encouraged to apply
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting aptitude
• Solid hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical tools
• Self starter with demonstrated ability to work efficiently with little supervision
• Field service or traveling experience desired
• Located within 1 hour of an international airport
• Willing to travel for extended periods with short notice including weekend work
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite

Manage the budget for the laboratory team, optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenses. Assist with hiring, succession planning, and talent identification to build a strong laboratory team.

Requirements:
3+ years of laboratory experience, preferably in a related field or the military.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience managing personnel and evaluating employee performance.
A bachelor's in a relevant scientific field, such as biology, chemistry, or medical technology, and or similar military experience. Must be proficient with laboratory instruments such as pH meters, hydrometers, balances, turbidity meters, and other analytical equipment.

Position Description: This position will report to the Maintenance Team Leader. The Maintenance Mechanic position will provide support to maintenance and production departments to ensure less downtime, and greater efficiencies and provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as required.
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Removes defective parts by dismantling devices, using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools; and examining the form and texture of parts.
• Determines changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
• Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests.

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in mechanical troubleshooting. Good practical sense of working with and troubleshooting equipment problems. Able to work with minimal supervision and with a team.
• Welding experience is a plus but not a must-have.

Position Description:

A field position that necessitates frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards required to install, service, and maintain assigned systems. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills to relay the theory and technical functions of equipment to delivery client customer settings. Responsible for both applications and service of equipment with the customer systems, helping them develop solutions with their current equipment or recommending additional solutions from the company portfolio based on their needs. You will ensure proper preventative maintenance is completed and perform administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner. Effective and efficient troubleshooting is imperative in this role.

 

Requirements:

2+ years servicing automated equipment (experience with life science equipment preferred)
Degree or certifications engineering/relevant fields (i.e. biochemistry), or equivalent work experience
Aptitude and attitude to service instruments and identify and troubleshoot source issues
Computer proficiency with programing and software, ability to learn device specific software
Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Good Manufacturing Practice, and/or Good Laboratory Practice knowledge helpful
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Valid passport or ability to obtain a passport (travel to Germany for training)
