Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
Location: Lakeland, FL. Travel: None
Shift: 7am-3pm Mon.-Fri.
Compensation: Initial base rate determined by skills and experience ($35/hr.-$40/hr.) + $0.50/hr. shift bonus for any nights worked + $2/hr. for any on-call work plus O/T pay for all on-call hours worked + O/T after 40 hours weekly (there is automatic O/T built into the shift structure weekly!) + up to 10% quarterly variable incentive plan bonus based on performance metrics + pay skill increases based on certification/experience + holiday incentive pay + yearly raises + $5K sign-on relocation available outside of 60 mile radius from the plant. $90K-$100K+ 1st year!

Position Description: This position is part of company’s flagship insulation (yes, think Pink Panther!) plant maintenance team. This plant has production line equipment and two melters processing fiberglass for insulation production. Maintenance Technicians primarily troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production systems and equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install all equipment and systems in the plant to insure smooth operation, production, & safe working conditions. Key duties include:
• Troubleshooting & solving production and facility equipment problems during day-to-day operations.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment & systems to prevent downtime/deterioration.
• Work assignments on projects for continued growth, expansion, & safety of the plant and work areas.
• Work with outside contractors to perform installation or service of equipment within the facility.
• Assisting operators to minimize downtime and complete scheduled equipment cleaning/changeovers.

Requirements: HS Diploma. Candidates must be maintenance professionals with 2+ years industrial electrical systems experience troubleshooting & repairing industrial systems. Strong systems-level electrical experience in typical working-leveling voltage range required from 480V, 3-phase and below. Multi-craft technicians are preferred. Electrically you will be fixing motors, starters, variable-frequency drives, sensors, interfaces, relays, input/output controls, instrumentation and some robotics on production line equipment and systems. Candidates must have excellent input/output troubleshooting & be able to read schematics, blueprints, drawings for maintenance/troubleshooting/repair. Candidates should have ability to share skills to help others develop, excellent communication skills, and commitment to providing a high level of detail, pride, and safety towards system & equipment maintenance work, projects, and programs. Candidates must pass background and full-panel drug test prior to employment.

Site Service Engineer

Location: Skowhegan, Maine (must live within 1 hour)
Shift: M-F
Compensation: 90k DOE +OT paid at 1.5 or 2.0 times hourly rate. There will be after hours on-call for this position. Will be on call every other week. On call will require that you be on site within 4 hours of being called in.

Position Description:
As a Site Service Engineer, you will provide advisory services to customers who own Company Quality Control and Distributed Control Systems.
Provide customer support for QCS and DCS systems installed in Pulp & Paper manufacturing process.
Carry out service calls on a preventative and reactive basis as required, undertaking service and repair of products and systems to deliver against customers’ requirements.
Keep accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and engineering and fabrication errors.
Report back on the completed service outlining the activities carried out, faults found and any future recommendations for improving the service offering.
Train customer staff in methods to maintain and repair the equipment, to ensure knowledge is transferred.
Conduct audits at customer sites to record and analyze process improvement opportunities.


Requirements:
4+ Years experience in the field with instrumentation and electromechanics preferably in a pulp and paper manufacturing environment.
A technical school diploma in instrumentation, electromechanics, or mechatronics.
A University bachelor’s degree in Electro-Mechanical or similar engineering.
Electro-mechanically inclined, computer-based system literate, self-guided, and have a strong work ethic.
This position requires a valid driver’s license.
Experience with ABB, Measurex and or Cpmpany QCS.
Instrumentation and controls tuning background.
Understanding of paper machines paper making process.
Working knowledge of Windows operating system and Office Products.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with confidence at all organizational levels.
Ability to use hand tools & strong troubleshooting skills

Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Technician (Journeyman-level opportunity)
Location: Wisconsin Rapids (Biron Mill in beautiful Central Wisconsin)
Shift: 1st shift Mon.-Fri. 7am – 3pm or a shift rotation depending on coverage consisting of 7am-3pm for 7-days, 2 days off, 3pm-11pm for 7-days, 2 days off, 11pm-7am for 7-days then 3 days-off, so every 4th weekend is a 3-day weekend.
Compensation: $43.35/hr. + $2/hr. for any off-shift work + typically 2-4 hours O/T work weekly on average + relocation.

As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for the equipment installation and technical support of a variety of company products. You will be the face of the company and must ensure good customer relations while on-site at client locations. This position is based in the company's South Region and covers the following states: TX, LA, MI, AR and NM.

A typical day will involve investigating and resolving customer technical issues, performing equipment installations, repairing, or troubleshooting out-of-service units and eliminating future operational or service difficulties for customers. • Servo motors and encoders.
