Position Description:

Position Description:
Maintains and repairs stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries by performing the following duties. Diagnose the cause of equipment malfunction or failure. Shift: Mon-Fri. Revolving on call weekends (On Call schedules put out for each calendar year so will know when on call) + Guaranteed 40/ hrs a week. If on call, paid for 8 hours even if not called out.

The Area Director collaborates with terminal leadership, union representatives, and external vendors to optimize maintenance performance while maintaining cost control and labor harmony

Essential Duties:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to M&R teams across multiple port terminals.
• Manage and oversee unionized maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with the (CBA).
• Work closely with union representatives to foster positive labor relations and resolve disputes proactively.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce scheduling to maintain operational efficiency and cost control.
• Develop and mentor managers to support career growth and succession planning.

Position Description:
This Facilities Technician position is responsible for overseeing the safe operation, daily monitoring and maintenance of the plant utilities equipment including but not limited to: An ammonia refrigeration system, boilers, water treatment systems, cooling towers and pumps, NH3 and compressed air compressors, HVAC systems, air dryers, freezers, rapid roll-up doors, hot water generating equipment, potable and non-potable water systems, sanitary and storm water systems, chillers and distribution systems, structural upkeep of the building including roof. This position requires frequent interaction with various employees in the maintenance department as well as employees from other departments. This position aids the Maintenance Manager to ensure assets are managed in accordance with IIAR, ASHRE, ASME, EPA, OSHA and applicable state and local codes. Ability to demonstrate a high skill level of utility generating equipment listed above with a focus on ammonia (NH3) refrigeration experience and PSM compliance, a mechanical proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and operating a complete plant system.

Requirements:
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair boiler systems, condensers, compressors, evaporators, water recirculation systems and other facility related equipment.
• Must understand Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, use of a multimeter and operating with high voltage systems (480v 3ph).

The Field Service Engineer will also work on project management, serve as leadership on relocation jobs and large Installation, prepare written reports of calibration results according to ISO/IEC 17025 and support customers and other personnel with technical advice when required. Troubleshooting electronic & electromechanical devices from schematics and mechanical drawings is expected.

Position Description: In this role you will be responsible for supporting customers with on-site service, technical support and on-site training. Primary functions of this position are commissioning new equipment; preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of existing equipment; and telephone customer support. The Field Service Technician also prepares reports documenting the work performed and the performance of the equipment. You will spend your first few weeks training at the home office in Tulsa, OK, then receive OJT with other seasoned FSTs before going out on work calls autonomously. • Replace failed parts, controllers, wire, relays and devices as required.
• Maintain a good disposition with the customers and deal with them in a courteous manner at all times.
• Verify devices, panels and annunciators of controls projects.
• Ensure timely software backups are created for projects and software development.
• Complete time sheets, service work orders, and other paperwork required for this position in an accurate and timely manner.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have good electrical, electronic and/or mechanical aptitude, to include troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of such equipment and systems as AC/DC motors, industrial controls, compressors, backup generators, etc. You should also have a clear ability to work with electronic equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, etc; the ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry, including reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams; and a working understanding of AC power circuitry including breakers, multi-phase power, etc (120VAC). You must be comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces. And you must be service-minded and customer-focused.
