Title: Field Service Technician
Location: North Carolina or South Carolina (near major airport)
Shift: Mon-Fri. Revolving on call weekends (On Call schedules put out for each calendar year so will know when on call) + Guaranteed 40/ hrs a week. If on call, paid for 8 hours even if not called out.
Compensation: $28-$34/hr + $620 month vehicle stipened – Gas and vehicle services covered by company; personal and business use + $150 extra a day when on call

Position Description:
Responsible and accountable to travel to customer sites to install, service and repair food
processing machinery. use deep technical knowledge to assist with and provide guidance in the

Position Description:

Position Details: Sr. Field Service Commissioning Technician
• Location: Mankato MN, must live in MN
• Shift: Monday is a travel day
• Travel: 100%-North & South America with some European travel

Position Description: As a Sr. Field Service Commissioning Technician you will be performing preventative maintenance, start-ups, and repairs on generators; including automatic transfer switches, diesel, and gaseous engines. Promote safe and efficient operation of duties. High travel required.

Position Description:
Safety and Environmental awareness is of paramount concern in all job functions within DGC Operations, LLC. The IC&E Technician position leads by example, by facilitating and nurturing a positive and open safety culture, as well as a diligent and effective environmental program. This position will support the daily IC&E activities at the facility.
Primary Duties:
In coordination with plant staff and under the direction of the Maintenance Manager:
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, and repair of plant electronic, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation and control equipment including; differential pressure (DP) level and flow instruments, pressure, vacuum and temperature instrumentation, control valves and positioners, pneumatic instruments, mass flow instruments, Distributed Control Systems (DCS),
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), relays, and various types of analyzers including Continuous Emissions Monitors (CEMS).
• In coordination with the Lead IC&E Technician review, modify, update or develop logic for control systems under the direction and approval of management and supervision.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and grounding activities on all plant electrical systems.
• Work call-outs as required to maintain Plant availability.
• Responsible for ensuring that all safety rules and procedures are followed on his/her shift.
• Evaluate operations and activities of assigned responsibilities; recommend improvements and modifications.
• Generate, prepare, and submit various reports as assigned and directed. y
• Participate in the development of site training materials and documentation as assigned.
• Provide mentoring, training, guidance and support for site personnel as assigned.
• Participate in the ongoing development, improvement and revision of applicable policies, standards and procedures as assigned.
• Responsible to complete assigned safety, administrative, technical or other training as required in a timely matter.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Trade school or related military service training programs, or technical training school programs
• Two (2) years of increasingly responsible experience and education in industrial control and electrical processes. Experience with the construction, commissioning and start-up of combined cycle facilities is desired.
• Experience with testing and grounding of low, medium and high voltage systems.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret technical documents such as P&ID’s, electrical onelines,
meter and relaying diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience with modern control systems (DCS, HMI, PLC, etc). Experience with Siemens SPPA -T3000™

• Control Systems or similar controls is desired.
• Strong aptitude in math, mechanical/electrical ability and production control.
• Skill in communicating effectively.
• Experience with computer software programs such as MS word, Excel, Power Point and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
• Must have the manual dexterity to climb ladders / stairs, reach and operate manual and automatic
valves, breakers or other devices. Twist to reach equipment surrounding desk; talk, see and hear with sufficient acuity to successfully perform all aspects of the job; perform simple grasping or fine manipulation; use telephone, computer or communicate through written means. Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs from floor to standing position. • Troubleshoot electronic & electromechanical devices from schematics and mechanical drawings.

Requirements/ Relevant Experience:
• Skilled technicians with formal technical training and 4+ years of technical experience.
• Military backgrounds in electronics, electrical maintenance, and/or mechanical component repair are all great skill sets and backgrounds that translate successfully to these roles.
• Technical metrology or prior calibration experience is preferred. Experience with universal destructive testing machines and extensometers is also preferred but not required.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline

Position Description:
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Associate is a key member of the company sales team. The person in this role maintains positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for accurately quoting and processing customer orders and requirements, assisting customers and co-workers with managing delivery expectations and product availability, freight expectations and dispute resolution.
• Assisting Outside Sales Team with generating new quotes, including but not limited to the tasks and responsibilities associated with the Quoting SOP for Extrusion Tooling, Equipment, and Spare Parts,
• Tracking pending quotes in a CRM such as SalesForce; and working with the Sales Team to keep active quotes updated with recent activity status
• Following up on new leads; entering information into a CRM, tracking, and discussing projects with the current sales team to establish a priority for follow up
• Cold Call 10-20 new and existing accounts per week to inquire about service needs, spare parts inventory, new tools/equipment
• Quote new spare parts to MTI customers; follow up on existing spare parts quotes, cold call MTI customers (as part of the 10-20 per week) maintenance, purchasing, blending/compounding department management to check for new opportunities

Requirements:
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook Calendar, Word, etc.
• Minimum 1 year experience quoting replacement parts for capital equipment
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Must be able to travel in USA, Canada, Mexico.

Title: Shop Technician

Location: Broadview Heights, OH

Shift: M-F flexible on which hours you work, Typical O/T ranges from 2-10 hrs per week.

Compensation: $27-37/hour. This is a “salary plus” position, meaning you will be paid for 40 hours no matter what, and anything over that is time and a half. If you work on a Saturday, you are paid time and a half the first 8 hours, then double time for anything over 8 hours. Sunday and holidays are always paid double time.
