Shift: Primarily Mon.-Fri. normal daytime hours; otherwise as needed/required for emergency service.

Compensation: You will be paid a starting base rate level based on maintenance experience and skills + O/T after 8 hours worked daily + bonus based on branch performance and company profitability + cumulative pay raises and incentives for progression through professional development skill levels & certifications + full relocation. Starting base rate levels:

Trainee/General Services = $21-$24/hr. (no experience)
Service Tech 4 = $25-$29/hr. (~1-3 years’ experience, typically transitioning active-duty military junior enlisted or early career civilian vocational candidates)
Service Tech 3 = $28-$32/hr. (~3-5 years’ experience)
Service Tech 2 = $32-$36/hr. (~5-8 years’ experience)

Travel: There are in-shop or field service positions available. For all field service positions, you will travel daily from your home and service equipment at customer sites in the field within the surrounding area, typically within 50-mile radius or within 2-3 hours of your home, depending on the position location. Will go into the shop once a week to re-tool for the service week.



Position Description: As the heart of the company, the Service Technician safely performs service, routine and emergency maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repairs with world-class customer service. In this role you will be responsible for fixing industrial equipment and systems and making repair recommendations to customers. You will work with other service technicians and associates as needed to ensure all scheduled work is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Service, repair, modify, diagnose, and rebuild industrial systems.
Failure analysis, service, and repairs for customers on industrial systems.
Check/repair all industrial support systems.
Certify electrical, mechanical, or instrumentation systems for full operational use.

Operate, drive, and maintain company service trucks and parts inventory for service work.


Requirements: Good, safe troubleshooting skills and experience on industrial systems & equipment.

Knowledge and experience of the systems listed above in the position title, how they operate, function, and performing service.
Hands-on experience servicing and fixing Industrial Generators, Diesel Engines, Electrical Systems, or Electronics controls.
Computer and software skills including microsoft office suite.
