Title: Field Service Representative
Location: Dallas Tx
Shift: Day shift
Compensation: $94k 1st year W2, around 104k 2nd year!
Base pay- $65-70k+ OT + $550 /month + car allowance for gas, tires and oil changes + Commissions-5%, spare parts and PM work + $60 a day in per diem + tools provided & expense account for any tools needed this (Typical W2 without OT-90k)

Travel: Extensive travel in locally and some in region, up to 90% is required – On the road routinely to visit customer sites 3-4 nights a week

· Install and service all equipment represented by our company
· Assist our customers in the resolution of problems they may encounter
· Identify and correct hardware failures, software discrepancies, or programming problems
· Instruct on proper use regarding applications, operation and maintenance
· Provide telephone consultation for customers and Stile’s personnel with problems on our equipment
· Recommend corrective action and troubleshooting approaches
· Assist in training other Field Service Representatives and the customers in the use, operation, adjustments, and proper maintenance procedures for our equipment.
Requirements:
· Experience with computers, pneumatics and hydraulics electrical/electronic skill
