Position Details:
Title: Field Service Support Specialist
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (or as needed for travel)
Compensation: $25–$28/hr DOE
Benefits: Low-cost benefits with performance bonus (10%-130% based on performance) after the first year; 3 weeks PTO
Travel: None for Service Tech; up to 25% for Field Service Industrial Technician (travel paid for)

Position Description:
The Field Service Support Specialist will assist with technical service and troubleshooting for equipment, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and electronic diagnostics. The role includes travel to customer sites when needed, supporting maintenance activities, and working closely with the hiring manager and team. On-the-job training will be provided.
Requirements:
• Minimal knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and troubleshooting
• Electro-mechanical skills (preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work overtime (paid at 1.5x)
