Position Description:
The company is looking for an RF Bench Technician to repair RF Generators and Matchers that support semiconductor equipment like Centura's, Producers, LAM Etchers, MEV Implanters. The company is looking for a go getter with the willingness, ability, and creativity to work both inside and outside of established SOP’s to get the job done!
*If you have military experience in electronics, or avionics repair this position is ideal for you!
• Perform trouble shooting on items in need of repair to component level.
• Perform through-hole, surface mount and fine pitch soldering.
• Have skills to read schematics and understand circuits.
• Use testing equipment such as voltage meters, ESR, Oscilloscope, signal generators etc.
• Repair RF Matchers and Generators as well as complex PCB and Controllers using root cause methodology down to component level.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in bench repair field
• Understanding of Smith Charts, spectrum analyzer
• High Power DC supply repair, testing and calibration ranging from 1kW to 80kW.
• AC and DC Servo/Stepper motor rebuild and test.
• Advanced experience in AC and DC circuitry, advance test equipment, simulation software, and discrete semiconductor characteristics.
