Shift: Monday-Friday 7 AM – 4 PM
Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour + OT + Company Truck + Cell/Laptop

Travel: Daily regional travel reporting to local manufacturing customer sites - home every night.
Position Description: The Service Technician specializes in the modernization and repair of cranes. This position may perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades; as well as solving complex problems when the crane malfunctions. This position must encompass self-sufficiency, leadership abilities, effective communication, and professionalism to lead field technicians and be the liaison between HCSG management and customers. The Technician position works in a safety-first type of environment. You will be troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and upgrading industrial hoists and cranes in the field. Perform OSHA-required hoist and crane inspections and generate inspection reports, perform routine maintenance, and repair orders. You will be expected to communicate with the Service Manager and Branch Manager during the day. You will also consult with customers regarding all repair and safety-related issues and discuss recommendations that will assist the customer with improving their services. Maintain all company-issued equipment, vehicles, and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles safely and responsibly.
Requirements:
• 3-4+ years Electrical-Mechanical experience. Trade/vocational/military training.
• This role is 70% electrical and 30% mechanical in nature.
• Crane repair & maintenance exposure a plus! Must be willing to work at various heights.
