Position Details
Location: Albany, GA
Compensation: Target base salary ~$90K - $110K
• Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Relocation / sign-on bonus is available; target annual bonus 10%
Schedule: You generally will work standard day-shift hours Mon-Fri

Position Description
As a Project Implementation Manager, you will work on the company’s Water for Climate (EWC) program to support clients with outcome-based water solutions to help ensure businesses and their communities have access to the water they need to thrive. In this role, you will be part of the operations team working closely with the EWC Program Manager, EWC dedicated expert team, as well as the Food & Beverage and field sales teams. You will support the company’s brewery client in Albany, GA, working full time at the assigned customer site, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of planned process improvement projects. You will lead the projects, facilitate resources and equipment on time, and report on progress. Some specific responsibilities include:
Manage and Execute EWC Roadmap Projects
• Prepare the implementation schedule based on the provided roadmap with a detailed description of activities (by week), timelines, internal and external resources, equipment installation.
• Lead and coordinate the projects agreed on by quarter.
• Responsible for the timely implementation of the agreed projects.
• Document delays and root causes timely and precisely.
Communicate with Internal & External Stakeholders
• Prepare and communicate the quarterly projects overview which are connected to the performance-based fees.
• Communicate on a weekly base to the program manager the progress of the projects.
• Support the CAM team with invoicing of the agreed fees.
• Available to answer questions over the projects by the brewery at first contact.
• Explain the principles of the agreement to external stakeholders.
Manage and Direct Resources
• Manage the necessary support by the brewery, company resources, and external partner resources on time.
• Responsible for sign-off of projects.
• Raise issues on time and participate in exploring possible solutions.
• Ask for timely help in case of conflicts, progress blockers etc.

Position Requirements
• Working knowledge of all aspects of Project Management, from conception / design through execution and close-out – ideally in an industrial / production environment.
• A PMP certification is preferred, as is experience with Process Improvement / Engineering.
• Demonstrate a strong executive presence and be an exceptional autonomous communicator and performer.
