Position Details:
• Title: Quality Manager – AS9110 (Maintenance and Repair of commercial, private, and military aircraft)
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Shift: M-F 8A – 5P (some variation)
• Compensation: $95k - $125k plus bonus

Position Description:
Ensure conformance to AS9110 requirements and standards actively participate in maintaining the Quality Manuals and all associated documents. Will work with Director of Quality, Operations, Internal Auditing Teams, and Corrective Action programs for quality systems. Train personnel on quality standards and requirements, supports customer returns and vendor claims, works with receiving and shipping inspection and quality control functions as needed. Will be responsible to identify discrepant parts and generate non-conformance reports and initiate corrective actions as well as participate in vendor approval process. Maintain required publications, ensuring they are current. Monitor shelf life and life limited products to help ensure they are properly documented and stored, monitor scrap program and ensure scrap documentation is properly maintained, and maintain company records as required. Additional duties may be assigned in application to maintaining the Quality System.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of applicable experience or/and a related degree
• Proficient in aircraft drawings and technical data
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110
• Ideal experience/knowledge:
o Government purchasing systems/processes
o Foreign Object Damage inspection procedures
o Electrostatic Discharge Handling Procedures
