Position Details:
Title: Electronics Technician
Location: Vista, CA
Shift: M-F; Normal business hours
Compensation: $25-$30/hr + 5% Quarterly Bonus

Position Description:
The individual will work with the engineering team to bring new products to the market and ensure existing products continue to perform to the highest standards. The individual will be responsible for prototyping new and existing surface mount and through hole circuit designs, troubleshooting circuits, performing circuit and functional testing. The individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of manufacturing test fixtures used by their operations team.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have strong circuit troubleshooting skills with electronic laboratory test and measurement equipment and be able to read schematics. Candidates should have strong electronic skills and be able to use a variety of soldering tools. They should have PCB Circuit Troubleshooting and Surface mount Soldering experience. Company is willing to assist in training a candidate on enhancing their soldering abilities. Plus, if a candidate for the role has experience with Altium or SolidWorks.
