Title: Construction Manager
Location: Eagle Pass / Del Rio area, TX
Shift: M-F; some flexible hours based off project deadlines
Compensation: $70k - $120k (based off experience + Housing allowance including utilities + $220/wk vehicle allowance + Company gas card + profit sharing + Company Bonuses

Position Description:
The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for the implementation, documentation, and execution of the quality control system of construction projects. The CQC Manager is to ensure projects comply with applicable plans, standards, specifications, and construction practices. This role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection of the workflow process to ensure quality is maintained.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role must have around eight years of hands-on vertical construction experience and USACE Construction Quality Control Certificate. Candidates should be willing to be on the site on most days in order to manage personnel and construction. Should be proficient with RMS computer software. Bonus if degreed but not required. Great opportunity for an individual from USACE or NAVAC that has the QC Certification.
