Position Details:
• Title: Calibration Tech
• Location: Bensenville, IL
• Travel/Schedule: You generally will work standard day hours Mon-Fri, spending about 60% of your time at customer sites in the greater Chicago area, and the rest of your time in the company office. Overnight travel is very uncommon (2-3x per year).
• Compensation: Target base salary ~$25/hr - $30/hr
o Techs are eligible for annual performance bonuses up to ~20%

Position Description: As a Calibration Tech, you will calibrate test equipment (M&TE), both in house and customer location in most of the following disciplines: Dimensional, Electrical – DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Temperature, Time & Frequency and Mechanical. Some other specific responsibilities include:
• Calibration of RF microwave equipment, signal generators, network analyzers, etc.
• Maintain primary and secondary in-house standards.
• Develop calibration procedures.
• Train technicians.
• Identify M&TE out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action.
• Interact with customers, office staff and other personnel.
• Evaluate Measurement Uncertainties
