Position Details:
Title: Fulfillment Center Area Manager
Locations: Reno, NV
Shift: 4x10 schedule – Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat – managers arrive before and leave after their team
Compensation: $60K-$90K base salary, depending on experience and level hired, plus Equity.

Position Description: Reporting to the General Manager, this Area Manager is responsible for Outbound Operations (Pick, Pack, Ship) within a 500K SF Fulfillment Center.
• Lead, develop, coach and mentor a team of 20-40 associates.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans, monitor process performance and develop and implement process improvements.
• Set clear performance expectations and give appropriate recognition and feedback for performance.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Leadership experience in warehousing, supply chain or logistics.
• Advanced understanding of processes and the importance of workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a production-oriented environment.
• The ability to anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment is critical.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Direct to Consumer, E-Commerce, and traditional distribution is preferred.
