Position Details:
Title: Adjunct Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
The team is currently working 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation: up to $70k annually; depending on your experience and background.

Position Description:
The Adjunct Project Manager will assist with both the 2nd/3rd Party Shop Inspections and the Drilling & Completions QA & Engineering services provided by the company. This includes, supporting the team that provides quality assurance and quality control to the drilling tools used by their customers in the oil and gas industry.

The primary goal of the Adjunct Project Manager is to assist the Project Managers in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency by which the company employs its resources in support of company’s client base.

2ND/3RD Party Shop Inspections Drilling & Completions QA & Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Managers in the acquisition and segregation of project Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), development of client summaries, and/or end of well reports, data collation/collection.
• Review of CVTS reports for errors, backup documents, and completeness, reject and request update from technicians, as necessary.
• With support from Project Manager and Technical Services management, drive the commercial transition between Business Development, Technical Services and Accounting to successfully kick-off new projects and jobs by reviewing contractual obligations ensuring commercial terms and billing requirements are clear and known to all parties.
• Liaise with intra-company departments to support company initiatives, training and technician needs.
• Assist Project Managers to coordinate technicians travel plans, arrange advances, and track expense reporting.
• Ensure key operational, planning, and technical documents are accurate and updated frequently; documents include but are not limited to project calendars, personnel distribution, client distribution, lessons learned, offshore readiness, client project execution plans, and technical services shared drive.
• Contribute to the bid to cash process by timely securing field timesheets and interacting with Project Manager and Accounting department to verify accuracy of invoicing reports and assisting in closing billing disputes. Maintain technical services’ assigned areas of Customer Summary Forms.
• Maintain and accurately update personnel data for active technicians including resume, drilling and completion tool matrix, passport, medical, etc.
• Stockroom inventory management and purchasing requests for special equipment.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a military veteran with previous leadership experience who is fully bilingual in Spanish with professional oral and written communication skills. A college degree is desired (either bachelor or associate) but not required. Additional qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables and Formulas, Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.
