Position Details:
Title: Construction Foreman
Location: Cape Girardeau, MO (live within 50 mile radius of the branch office)
Shift: M-F, typically normal business hours
Compensation: $28/hr and up BOE + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + All travel expenses paid for + paid training and professional development assistance + boot allowance

Travel: Regional Travel. Daily and/or overnight travel. Projects are within a 1–5-hour radius from the branch office.
Position Description:
The Construction Foreman will lead and mentor a crew in the execution of underground and aboveground petroleum projects. They are responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of construction activities, encompassing team leadership, effective communication, project management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with safe driving record. They should have 4-6 years of construction experience with site work: shooting grades; establishing elevations with a laser and/or grade rod, heavy equipment operation (excavator, backhoe, skid steer, loader). Experience with retail and/or petroleum construction is preferred. They must be able to interpret blueprints. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills as this role is customer facing.
