Position Details
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Compensation: $75,000 salary plus commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Position Description
As an Account Executive, you will manage a book of business and be responsible for total client engagement and success of the sales and recruitment/placement process. You will grow business with existing clients by actively developing relationships and seeking new opportunities within accounts. You will also develop new business that has been identified through market/industry research, referrals, or other sources with a goal to strategically grow a balanced book of business. Responsibilities will include:
• Engage with and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate fee agreements.
• Qualify, develop, and draft Job Orders.
• Candidate screening and submission.
• Communication/Synchronization with all parties (CSS, ADS, CR) and tracking (JOM, search projections, etc.).
• Invoice and collection help (as needed).

Position Description
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of excellence.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 20% to customer locations.
• Fierce and competitive spirit.
• Prior sales experience.
• Military veteran or military experience.
• MBA or post-baccalaureate degree in progress.
• Multi-dimensional background (i.e., engagement in athletics, coaching, volunteering, etc.).
