Position Details:
• Title: Grinder
• Location: Pompano Beach, FL
• Shift: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Compensation: $17-$22/hr

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
Responsible for setting up and operating grinding machinery to ensure production needs are met to company standards and customer needs.
• Process tooling parts with high precision and Grind ID and OD Diameters, Surface grinding.
• Efficiently perform work on oblong parts and process parts with desired finish.
• Use visual cues and measuring tools to ensure parts are finished correctly and within specifications/tolerances. Accurately line up tooling in section/plates.
• Apply knowledge of alignment techniques and die adjustment.
• Complete assigned jobs in accordance with work schedules and production needs.
• Report any defective or damaged parts to Supervisor immediately.
• Work with supervisor and other departments to identify and resolve tooling issues or concerns.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized and adhere to all safety and quality requirements and objectives.
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years prior manufacturing experience.
• Attention to detail
• Time Management
• Collaboration
• Intermediate math skill
• Communication proficiency
