Position Details
Location: Remote – Work from home with limited travel requirements.
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Position Description
Orion is seeking talented and industrious people with a positive attitude and desire to be outstanding professional Recruiters. This is your opportunity to support jobseekers, while gaining valuable recruiting and sales experience in a high-paced environment. You will work with transitioning and prior military Veterans and aid them in their career search. You will also source and match qualified non-military candidates, depending on the specific needs of our client companies. Our recruiting team has over 160 years of combined experience and we will leverage that experience to ensure resolute Recruiters have the highest probability of success! Responsibilities will include:
Sourcing / Marketing / Consulting / Evaluating
• Match and sell jobseekers on open positions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates. Market, source, and identify these candidates, and be prepared to screen and match them with available opportunities.
• Communicate with Orion Account Executives and directly with client companies as required to ensure an outstanding experience for all stakeholders.
• Develop a pool of strong candidates who have transitioned and have post-military experience and are on the market.
• Actively recruit quality candidates (military and civilian) for current openings and upcoming hiring events.
• Assist with resume creation and revision, career options and interview preparation.
• Utilize social media and other Marketing techniques to increase company awareness and visibility in key candidate demographics.
Fulfillment
• Provide recruiting support to fulfill assigned recruiting targets. Be prepared to support and run hiring events as you gain experience in the field.
• Travel to hiring events to assist with or oversee candidate management and conference coordination as needed.
• Ensure candidates are prepared to interview; get feedback following interviews and walk with them through the process from sourcing through post-start follow-up.
