Position Description:
As a Controls Engineer, you will supervise and analyze the systems and equipment involved with production. Your primary goals include optimization of existing systems, design, implementing, and maintaining processes that help manufacturing increase productivity, layout, and device placements. You will be adaptable and strive to find creative solutions to problems as they arise and assist in the implementation of predictive maintenance plans.
Requirements:
Candidates for this role should have 5-7 years in automation / manufacturing environment. Candidates must be proficient with CAD systems and have strong knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley). Experience with Rockwell software suites, Beckhoff, Ignition software. Be able to write code from scratch. Strong writing skills for precise documenting / communication. Degree in engineering is a plus.
