Hydraulic System troubleshooting.
Ability to check for backlash in a ball screw by using an indicator, also the removal & accurate bearing set up and installation of the ball screw assembly.
Realign turret heads, spindles, chucks, etc. using an indicator. Spindle removal, rebuild, and replacement.
Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical prints.
Experience with metal removal processes and equipment preferred.
Equipment installation experience preferred.
Experience with sheet metal fabrication preferred.
Proficient in welding – stick, mig, and tig preferred.
Ability to perform rigging requirements.
Experience in automation of conveyors (power and free) and material handling equipment, is preferred.
Solid working knowledge of pneumatic and water operating systems.
Ability to rebuild pneumatic cylinders and make valve repairs.
Be able to read and troubleshoot pneumatic drawings.
Air Logix knowledge is recommended.
Ability to work well in teams and with management.
Ability to operate a fork truck, scissor lift, and articulating boom lift.
Familiarization with HVAC controls and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience with Andritz pellet mills and refiners preferred, but willing to train the right candidates.
Safety and process control training and certification preferred.

Position Description
As an Area Sales Representative, the primary responsibility will be to interface with and support established customers, as well as seek out and develop new business. You will deliver service, support, and parts replenishment for industrial laundries. You will also assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment for customers and providing technical support. You will gather information, examine complaints or issues, identify solutions, and be the primary face of the company to customers. Additional duties or projects may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements
• Experience with mechanical systems, electronics, electrical motors, pumps, industrial washers/washing machines, or similar type automated industrial equipment.
• Solutions based mindset – How do we solve this issue for a customer?

Position Description:

Position Description:

Field Service Technicians (FST) are required to provide World Class support to our customers through start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair, and training of Safeline X-Ray, Safeline Metal Detectors, Hi-Speed Checkweighers, or CI Vision machines. Identify root cause of service issues (first time fix)

Position Description:

Responsible and accountable to travel to customer sites to install, service and repair food processing machinery. use deep technical knowledge to assist with and provide guidance in the testing of company technologies and to provide assistance on troubleshooting issues for complex customer installations. The position is also responsible to generate and distribute technical reports regarding testing results.



Requirements:

A Candidate for this role should have a well-rounded electromechanical background. Should have knowledge/ experience with pneumatic, hydraulic power systems, high-end low voltage up to 400v; Control systems are a plus. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills to determine root cause of issues within equipment. They should be able to read diagrams, schematic drawings, engineering specifications, and manuals to determine work procedures. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal skills as this position is customer facing.
