Position Description:

• Manage changes in project scope to ensure that the most contemporary contract documents are being used at all times to prevent avoidable rework
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other agreements to ensure that the scope, terms, and conditions are consistently and proactively being met
• Manage project closeout process to assure completion on time and within established budget
• Maintain daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence

Position Description:
The Commissioning Manager will be responsible for the installation, startup, and commissioning of new critical infrastructure equipment to include, but not limited to: HVAC support systems, generators, UPS, PDU, STS, ATS, power distribution, monitoring and control systems. The Mechanical Service Technician III will serve as the lead technician for all company mission critical mechanical services/maintenance under contract. Position Description:
The Mechanical Service Technician III will serve as the lead technician for all company mission critical mechanical services/maintenance under contract. The position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments. The position will provide guidance, leadership and knowledge regarding the installation, service, maintenance, and operation of mission critical data center mechanical equipment. Review and understand RFP/RFQ documents from customers and supports request for information (RFI) process.

• Maintain, upgrade and backup Building Automation Software as required.

Position Description:
STACK seeks a Critical Operations Technician (COT) to support their data center. The COT must possess strong mechanical, electrical, fire life safety, and base building systems knowledge. They will execute Safety, Team, Availability, Communication, and Knowledge programs. The COT will handle day-to-day data center operations. Mechanical duties include working on chilled water systems, HVAC systems (such as rooftop units and CRAC/CRAH units), humidification systems, fan wall systems, air-cooled chillers, and central plant operations. Electrical responsibilities involve power distribution from the main switchgear to UPS systems, customer load, and cabinets. Fire Life Safety monitors wet and pre-action sprinkler systems and associated detection devices.

Support data center operations, including mechanical, electrical, and safety systems.
Execute programs for Safety, Team, Availability, Communication, and Knowledge.

Ensure a safety culture across STACK data centers and monitor facility systems.

Coordinate power installations and upgrades, utilizing a CMMS system for facility management.
Solve problems using established procedures and manage asset and consumable inventory.

Conduct facility and security tours, addressing issues as needed, and offer mechanical and control expertise.
Contribute to technical writing for maintenance procedures.
Be available for on-call duties outside regular hours.

Requirements:

Preference for candidates with technical military specialties such as US Navy Nuclear Technicians or other critical operations/plant operations maintenance environments.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in data centers or similar mission-critical roles.
Strong multitasking ability and adaptability to handle stress.
Familiarity with data center electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., UPS, Transformers, Chillers).
Knowledge of NFPA70e, NFPA72, NFPA25, and fire safety compliance.
 

Physical requirements: occasional standing, walking, sitting, lifting to 25 pounds.
