Position Details:
Title: Compliance & Operations Associate
Location: Wayland, MA (20 minutes from Boston)
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:30pm
Compensation: $80 - $100k depending on experience
Benefits: 401K, MED
Travel: None – in office position
Position Description:
This role will require candidates to build upon their current skill set and will provide unparalleled immersion into all aspects of the wealth management industry. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to assist in all operations of a financial advisory firm. The role will enable associates to build a foundation of knowledge and develop skills needed to achieve client service excellence and fuel success as a financial professional.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of Operations to accomplish a common goal of providing an exceptional experience for our clients
Provide service and support functions such as account opening/maintenance, client service and client/prospect meeting preparation
Conduct money movement (wires, etc.)

Maintain firm’s digital files in adherence to a standardized filing system
Organize and maintain all client, prospective client, and external relationship information in the firm’s CRM
Facilitate CRM based procedures for ensuring completion of operations tasks
Assist the CCO (Chief Compliance Officer) in examining all aspects of firm procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Assist the CCO in tracking and preparing for relevant compliance rule changes
Track and record firm activities for the purpose of growing client relationships, improving practices, and satisfying compliance requirements

Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
Qualifications:
Military Experience in leading teams and operation experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with excellence in academics.
