Position Details: Field Service Technician
• Location: Oshkosh, WI
• Shift: Generally, a traditional day shift. Some non-traditional hours may be necessary
• Compensation: $30-$36/hr., plus OT. First Year W2 ~ $70-$85k

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Field Service Technician will be hands on work relating to field services, equipment operation and product installation. The Service Technician will coordinate field service schedules, prepare, and execute scope of work and document the completion of services rendered. The position will advise and assist the Sales Team on all aspects of equipment assessments and estimations of service work. They will support installation, service repair and troubleshooting of industrial laundry equipment in the field including but not limited to: New Equipment Installation; Equipment Operational Training; Post-Sale Support; Equipment Rework or Field Upgrades; Testing, Repair and Rebuilding products as needed. This position will have a high amount of customer interface, interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Requirements:
• Combination of applicable experience/education or a Electro-Mechanical related Degree, certified electrician, or similar training
• Solid electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic technological aptitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interface with customers
• Computer literacy with windows-based programs
• Controls (VFDs, PLCs, etc.) experience is ideal but NOT required
• Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as with or direct a team as needed
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) highly desired
